This quick little card uses Clear Accents, 3D Stickers & Chipboard Hearts from K & Co, Cardstock from Bazzill, Epoxy Stickers from KI Memories and Patterned Paper from SEI.

This is a little tag I made from the leftovers...that would be perfect to hang over a favorite drink as a gift for someone you love.

Quick Post!

This is a layout using the new GCD Studios Morning Glory line...super quick and simple with two 4x6's a couple punched circles, and some typed journaling. It probably took me 20 minutes tops to make, but I love the simplicity of it.

Favorite Layout Ever?

This is quite possibly it. I don't know what it is about this layout but it just came together and is so bright and happy. Sorry the first picture isn't the greatest, but the two close-ups show the coloration better. Pretty much all American Crafts here.

Paper + Glue.

Typically, I haven't been much a paper-piecing type person...and while this definitely isn't difficult in nature, I tried my hand at using up some of those scraps to make a shape and loved how it turned out. The little sun rays stick of the paper a bit, but I cropped it for consistency. These are some of our vacation pictures (I have hundreds, haha)...it was so pretty!

Also, to get the poppies, I just punched three circles, crumpled and stuck a big black brad in the middle. The same size circles give it a different dimension than different sized circles!

Birthday Delight!

Well, I was delighted to receive ALL of the following paper packs for my birthday...heehee! Many thanks to my husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law!As well as this paper pack from my awesome mom! =) A Martha Stewart glittered paper pad! Yay! It's so pretty.

My sweetie pie husband also made me a card out of my scrapbooking stuff...haha. He told me he looked through my paper and couldn't find anything he liked as good as this! He also gave me some money, and a ColdStone gift card, which was very thoughtful and sweet. Though I must admit, the card was definitely the best part! =) Here's a pic of the gift together:

And I got my hair cut and straightened:

Annnnd my bro came over from help with some college stuff and I coerced him into taking a picture...all in the name of my birthday! Ha!

And I locked my keys in my car. And it's like the fifth time I've done that in like 4 years. Ridiculous!

And I ate lunch with the lovely Melissa at Chilis...yum...and ate a yummy molten lava chocolate cake!

Needless to say, the keys being locked in the car was definitely eclipsed by all the wonderful love, phone calls, thoughtful gifts and lots of special attention! I am definitely loved! =) I have the best friends and family!!

Everyday Valentine...

I altered one of these fun little heart shaped Martha Stewart boxes with an everyday Valentine theme...to give to someone just for fun. It's got a cluster of little goodies on it, some American Crafts thickers and clear stickers, some K & Co. stuff (label & letter stickers) and a clear Heidi Swapp sticker. I like the ecletic look of it! =)

Happy Birthday...

...to me! =) Hehee! Well, today is my birthday...I turn the big 21!

I want to take a minute today to thank God for 21 years of wonderful life: for Godly parents, friends, and for my amazing, above-my-wildest-dreams soulmate. I have been abundantly blessed and give Christ all the glory for every talent, every blessing, and every success I have experienced. Truly, I would be nothing without my Savior.

Mini Card Crazy

I love making mini cards out of my leftover scraps from "regular" (haha) sized cards. Here is a few I made a couple months ago that I haven't shared on here...

These are really tiny...maybe 2x3 or just a tad bigger. So great for little gifts or to tuck in a gift basket! Have a great day! =)

Taylor & Tori (picture heavy!)

Little Taylor & Tori came over this past Thursday and we have a blaaaast...sidewalk chalk, water day, lots and lots of homemade popsicles, and toooons of pictures. It was an experience in the ways of children (lots of funny little stories)!! =) Here's a quick rundown:

Taylor spent the night after church on Wednesday and got some cute pictures with Adam (she LOVES him...can you tell!?! haha)

The next morning...I love her little bed hair and had to have a picture...

Dressed and busy making pretty beaded necklaces and bracelets.

We played outside with a jumbo box of Crayola sidewalk chalk ($2.50 at Wal-mart on clearance)...they both had fun getting chalk ALL over them...look at Tori's hiney below! Hehee!

Then we had...as Taylor called it, "Water Day"...which was just a couple hours outside playing in a little sprinkler/shallow pool that Melissa bought for us to play with...and threw TONS of water balloons and ate two trays of homemade popsicles..yum!

Then we took baths, ate lunch, colored, blew up lots of balloons and took a nice nap. (I stayed up and got my broken internet fixed and was really tired that night...kids are so much fun but so exhuasting!) When they woke up, we went outside for pictures (surprise, surprise) and then went to see Grandma & Grandpa Benton before going back home to Mama and Daddy's.

It was a really fun day...love these two! =)
